Slappy Valentine’s Day – FREE Slap Bracelet Cards!

I’m so excited to share my latest printable creation with all of you!  I always love a good kid’s Valentine card & gift that doesn’t involve candy.  And what could be more fun than a slap bracelet?!  Check out my FREE “Slappy Valentine’s Day” printable cards for a budget-friendly and fun Valentine!

Slap Bracelet Nostalgia

I’m a child of the ’80s, and slap bracelets take me back to my childhood.  I had a collection of them, and my favorite was a pink satin covered slap bracelet.  Ahh…the things my brain remembers when it forgets so much else!

I ordered a large pack of slap bracelets from Amazon, which came out to about $0.15 per bracelet.  They’ll make great party favors, rewards, and Valentines in the future.  They may not be the fanciest slap bracelets ever, but they’re cute prints and get the job done.

Striped “Slappy Valentine’s Day” Cards

I made two designs for the “Slappy Valentine’s Day” cards.  The first is very gender-neutral with a cute and simple red and white stripe design.

The cards print 4 to a page.  I printed them on white card stock.  Then I used my paper trimmer to quickly trim off the white margins and cut out the cards.

Once the cards are cut, I used a craft knife to cut two parallel slits in the card slightly wider than the slap bracelet.  Just eyeball it like me!  Then thread the flattened bracelet through the slits.

Floral “Slappy Valentine’s Day” Cards

I love sweet floral prints as well.  So if you’re looking for a design that’s a little softer, try this floral version with pink roses and green leaves.

Here’s what the full-page printable looks like.

Slappy Valentine’s Day!

My 3 and 5 year old children are so excited about these Valentine cards.  They each chose their own slap bracelet to keep and can’t wait to hand out their cards at school.
